1984-1988

pittsburgh Born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, I was able to spend my early childhood in a city that I ultimately credit for my love of food and passion for Pittsburgh sports. It was also our backyard that influenced my childhood fantasy of becoming a construction worker by allowing me to pretend that my yellow Tonka Bulldozers and Dump Trunks were real vehicles ready for work.


I will always remember Family, Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, Penn State, Perogies, Primanti Brothers, Dairy Queen, Arbys, 3-Wheelers, Slip n Slides...


Ashburn Virginia

1989-1992

ashburn farms Although I have been unable to make it back to VA since the move, I still remember how unique the seasons were and friendly the VA area seemed. One of my favorite memories was the summer when we converted the side yard into a baseball diamond for whiffle ball. Other summer time activities that we enjoyed were catching lightning bugs (fire flys) and lining up fireworks down our cult-de-sac for the 4th of July. The most facinating experience was being able to visit Washington DC while the Gulf War was going on.


I will always remember Honey Suckle, Whiffle Ball, Lightning Bugs, Fireworks, Bike Rides to Pool, "Adult Swim", Redskins Super Bowl, Ricky Sanders, Bunk Beds...


San Jose California

1993-2002

downtown san jose While not knowing what to expect, moving to the west coast was still an exciting experience. Much of my life was spent in the a Bay Area and looking back I appreciate all the different schools I attended and the people I met along the way. Picking up Golf and playing the game through High School was big as I still play as much as possible. This remains a place that still feels like home when I visit family and friends.


I will always remember Street Hockey, a Kick-The-Can, "Matt's Mowing" Business, Mountain Biking, Door Bell Ditching, Golf, High School...


Santa Barbara California

2003-2005
